1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing ValueStreamHub or provisioning a Frontier AI workspace or streaming pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these provisions, you may immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2. Service Level Agreement & 99.9% High Availability
Our edge routing network maintains a 99.9% uptime commitment. In the event of scheduled upstream maintenance or fiber rerouting, notifications are published via the status telemetry channel. 24/7 technical triage is accessible via WhatsApp VIP desk.
3. Fair Use & Token Governance
Frontier AI workspaces are provisioned for individual developer and creative professionals. Automated abuse, credential redistribution, or malicious scrapers attempting to hijack shared GPU pools will result in immediate API revocation without entitlement to restitution.
4. 7-Day Empirical Guarantee
If our high-bandwidth infrastructure or frontier model latency fails to satisfy your technical requirements within 7 calendar days of provisioning, contact support for a prompt, unconditional resolution.
